The first screen you will see is the administration screen. From here, you can create new issues, update existing issues, continue a work-in-progress, launch the online editor, view site statistics, view traffic logs, edit your preferences, or access the online support areas. The administration screen also displays network news and system updates. Dispatch licensing packages include continuous upgrades, which are announced on the administration screen as well as within various support areas. See features for more information on the latest developments to the Dispatch system. For the purpose of this walkthru, we will "Create a New Issue" and follow a sample path of a typical experience.
