In the "create new issue" walkthru, we used a standard naming convention to skip the file identification phase. If Dispatch can't associate a file with a known database record, or if you choose not to use a naming convention, you'll be presented with an identification screen similar to the one on the right. From this screen, you simply choose the column with which each file is associated, or mark the file as "new" to create a new "column definition."
